P-SONIC is a JSPS-funded international research consortium investigating how plant signaling-molecule networks control cell fate decisions and autonomous organ formation. The project integrates single-cell omics and mathematical modeling to uncover the spatiotemporal architecture of signaling networks across diverse organ systems, including shoots, roots, and parasitic organs. Through global collaboration, P-SONIC aims to define the fundamental principles that govern plant developmental plasticity and resilience.
